Appointment Cancellation Policy

As your scheduled appointment approaches, we want to express our genuine excitement about the opportunity to serve you. Your presence means the world to us, and we're committed to offering an exceptional experience during each visit. Should you need to make any changes to your appointment, please reach out to us at least 24 hours in advance. Your cooperation allows us to accommodate your requests smoothly, and we deeply value your commitment to your appointment.   • ​Cancellation:

We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to someone else in need of our services. Failure to provide 24 hours' notice will be charged the full service rate to the card on file. Which must be settled prior to your next appointment.

 

  • No-Show:

Guests who forget or choose to forgo their appointments, regardless of the reason, will be marked as a "no-show" and charged for the missed appointment.

 

  • Late Arrival:

If you arrive late for your appointment, we will make every effort to provide you with the full session time. However, if there are appointments scheduled immediately after yours, we may need to shorten your session to accommodate other guests. The therapist will assess if there is sufficient time to begin a treatment based on your arrival time. Regardless of the treatment's length, you will be responsible for the full session fee.
